The Ghetto Bird, aka Police Helicopter, 5 Columbus Police Cruisers, 1 Columbus Police Wagon, 2 City of Bexley Cruisers (including the Chief) all in front of the house at 9pm. The events have still not been made clear except for the perp being handcuffed and taken away along with the Suburban in question, which was searched and towed, despite the efforts of the perp's girlfriends friend who showed up to the scene trying to "straighten things out".
